The Chester group return after a hiatus with a couple of cracking releases.
About time too.
Not a band to follow if you’re expecting music thrown at you on a regular basis but always worth the wait.
El Acusador is a bit of a departure for CL, taking in a slight Mediterranean influence, as the title suggests and a new found intensity lacking in previous releases.
We’ve been big fans of ‘Mirrored Wall’ since we watched a previous incarnation of the track performed live at The Compass in 2015. Like we said. They take their time but it’s always spot on in the end.
The track returns to more traditional CL territory with all the electronica in all the right places:
